What you said just isnt true. This announcement alone points out that in December they bought another drill rig onsite to do follow up drills because the main rig is focused on the high priority targets. Not only have they upped the drilling, it sounds like they will soon be able to give very realistic estimates of what they have. I wouldnt bet the house on it, but I certainly think its worth reading more of what they have put out...
