Valuation - R3d Resources Limited.This stock looks good after reading through the details
(I have purchased at 20 cents)after the successfully capital raising of $4,250,000 but...
1. We have someone continually selling into the market @20 - 20.5 cents. Maybe this is the consultant that got shares free for services to the company. They only got 3 million shares so surely they would have been soaked up if this is the case by now.
2. They say cash flow will resume, however can not divulge the price per tonne for the zinc slag which is being sold to South Korea every month. Why not let the market know what amount of cash will be made to help new investors make an educated decision on taking a position?
3. Substantial shareholders notices dropping which will tighten up the register considering we only have about 54,130,809 up for grabs on market. This would mean we would be getting close to most of the shares being taken off market and into long term holders.
4. The announcement today, well is incredible. What a complete waste of time...maybe these blokes are all seat warmers!
Why not say figures published online are not accurate and our figures for our future cash flow will ensure stability for the company and future growth of our mining projects. If this is how they are going to role, we are in for a bumpy ride fellow investors.
If my valuation is right, we should be way above 40 cents. But maybe someone else knows more about what is going on behind the scenes, besides us retail investors.
Anyway, if they raise cash at 20 cents and people are willing to sell @ 18 and 19 cents now. This is not looking good at the moment...for any of us.
