Its just a really tight supply of shares on market available currently. To accumulate now is tricky. With 4 hole results pending most will be waiting for that outcome. The risk would be excellent results and further price pressure so its not an easy choice currently for would be holders/new buyers.

I really can't imagine it will be much longer to zero hour. The last bit of waiting is always the longest.

Probably fair to say the most eagerly anticipated and most significant announcenent from SCI to date I might suggest.
