RCR had barely 1M$ cash yet they were able to raise 1.4M$ in oversubscribed in matter of 10mins despite delays to their prev drilling program at higher MC what changed ? had they already started drilling. this is what interest in region brings.
enjoy sitting on the sidelines in hope the SP will keep declining. all it takes one decent buyer and will see how long it stays at 5M$ MC.
