Can I ask what was your thinking TG? The downside is limited and the upside 'potential' huge. The most likely scenario is that the SP will be mid 3's within the next couple of weeks when drillings starts. After that will depend on what they hit but to sell now? Unless of course you have more pressing needs for the cash or another purchase somewhere else?
