Oh yes @milsey the 100% project is a Company maker if it proves up a shallow discovery - it forces IGO's hand to offer to expand the CW JV, which I expect will be best for both parties.

Some may still be thinking about the term in the Copper Wolf JV agreement which requires BUX to present all new copper projects to IGO as a 'right of first refusal' (see the first para of P10 of today's ann)

Its important to know that 'a right of first refusal' only comes into existence if an offer first comes into existence - either from a third party or by BUX itself.

There is no obligation on BUX to accept the offer from the third part or for itself to make an offer to sell.
IMO what that term means and what it is intended for is to prevent a sale to a third party without IGOs approval.

I think that's fair enough.

Anyway it will not stop BUX from drilling to create value in what looks at present to be an outstanding opportunity.
