This will get lost in the courts on interperitation if they persue it

Looks like they will argue material change of sorts cannot see lack of funds standing up so it looks like they are citing feedback from the regulatory authorities in their defence of the contract
No doubt about it we were used as a vehicle to gain access onto the NASDAQ
Nothing would please me more than to see these people cough up the $2mill after the damage they have caused to the company i am well and truly invested in
but it is wrong to assume as you have and put it out there that we will receive these moneys it's not that cut and dry
