In the meantime, I have stumbled across this: Yahua looking to buy out a Sichuan based Lithium firm (when we first heard of the Yahua deal a posted on HC about Yahua and their recent history of buying out/buying big stakes in companies, though I have not seen this one posted yet).

Seems Yahua are doing quite well for themselves, with 2017 FY net profit increasing by 60-100% from 2016 FY
