Brumbie, maybe its an issue of being a bit shy for some having been bitten and trust is hard to rebuild. I for one won't top up and am spreading my risk elsewhere. Hold a few anyway. Future economics and more certainty will drive the price up in due course. I still however think its a buy if you are a new entry while others are still hurting because it was a market darling. Time heals all wounds.
