Sounds very rewarding both financially and personally to find and build up a resource. You are achieving something tangible.

The reason I am here is to diversify and get another source of income and something to do for my semi retirement coming up in the next few years. I always said that the next thing I do had to tick 5 boxes.

1. No staff
2. No customers
3. No giving credit
4. I work when I want to
5. I have to love doing it

Could only find this caper so far to get some practice in. If I find something better I will let you all know!
