The shares were issued at a VWAP of 5.1c by the way - not that is matters since they are escrowed anyway. But good to know LTR believes in the company to have confidence that the price will be well higher than 5.1c every quarter for the next year. Win win for both companies here. Huge upside for CXO.
Reminder that Yahua have shares at 6c...the SP will be well above over the next few weeks. SP well undervalued till 6c at the moment.
