seem a win win by both entities. WHAT will happen after the time has elapsed?$$$$$$$$.

Some ppl will need to sell, some just don't possess the agates, and will sell on a few pips
we will be moving in half cent increments shortly, we will get investors, and lose opportunists
and finally the company will see its true worth - still grossly undervalued
