LTR was desperate for cash. They were burning $800k per quarter in exploration costs, and were down to about $800k in cash.
I was expecting $1.6m in cash, which would have given LTR two further quarters of exploration without the need for a CR.
Is this a good deal?
As the Oracle would say....Time will tell......always does.
