It really is amazing the impact 'Tesla' has. All we have really done is secured a binding deal to discuss terms sheets for offtake of most of the remaining 20% that was uncontracted. Some would even argue that due to a ceiling price, we may have been better off to keep it for the spot market. Was there any doubt that we would be able to see that 20%? But because its Tesla its up ~300% on my original investment just this morning. I get it and the implications it has for the future, but I do find the Tesla affect really remarkable
