Hopefully this gains some exposure internationally which would be a positive.
I'm not sure if I'm a fan though of having a price ceiling - and what level has that been set??.
I would be more comfortable given the outlook, of the price being tied to market pricing - full stop. No floor and no ceiling.
Tesla are not a charity so they may have snuck in a lowish ceiling?.
