I saw the same thing on my app for a few stocks. Looks like it is to do with an updated "Recommendations" update.
On the app If you scroll to the right of Depth > Course of sales > Charts > Announcements > News > Recommendations
You will see the new Morningstar Quantiative ratings which is showing CXO as undervalued. Fair value shows as 8c.
