A pretty conservative announcement by CXO today .... must be more to this than meets the eye I suspect.
I have a reasonable holding and intend to keep it as I think there is still plenty of good news to come and more value to be had.
Some observations that leave me curious:
1. The share price started to go lower reasonable quickly this afternoon prior to the announcement. Someone was aware of the news before it was released to the market and took action.
2. Even more intriguing is that the CXO share price listed on slide 5 in the presentation Pack that was released to the market at 3:05pm today is $0.52. Based on trading during the April up to 3:05pm today, the lowest sell price for CXO has been higher than $0.052 .... it was sold at $0.052 today at 3:32pm. They must be fortune tellers ....
Something a bit smelly about this .....
