I think it works something like this , unless I’m totally mistaken … the SP is always where they want it to be … then let it go a cent or 2 up .. suck people into thinking this is it guys the tide is turning .. start topping up , meanwhile you are buying their shares that they were accumulating at 15.5 / 15.7 and selling to you at 16 / 16.5 …. rinse & repeat
