Agree completely. This deal alone is not the company maker but is a huge derisk and should provide a nice base to fall back on as we continue exploration. We now have the freedom to go out hunting for further resources without the make-it-or-break-it anticipation of each drilling program. There is a lot of drilling to come and not all results will be good, but we shouldn't take big hits like last time we they are not. Hopefully we see a gradual increase in MC over time as we sort the good from the bad and increase our resource base.
