I have to agree this is a fairly quiet thread given the potential – it’s brought me out of the woodwork!
Besides its TA appeal and interesting FA with encouraging recent results and nearology there are some other elements to this that make it a great short term hold IMO.
1. At 14c (my av entry price) CXO has a MC of $7m and an EV of $4.1m (fully diluted) with an estimated $2.88m cash on hand by 31st March.
2. Tightly held - Only 30m listed ordinary shares, 11.6m in escrow (until Feb-13) and 8.5m option ex at 25c (total 50m fully diluted). Directors hold 32% and with UBS and HSBC up there too there’s not many left for us mere mortals to play with.
3. Multiple price sensitive events over the next quarter.
