Better for TTM shareholders for sure...but that doesn't necessarily equate to increased shareholder value, based on Titan's history of financings, dilution and massive share rollbacks. If the deal does go ahead, I genuinely hope it works out for all shareholders...but the best predictor of future performance is past performance. Fingers crossed... Turtle56
