I read that too...not sure what to make of it. The Core properties seem like the real deal. I'm surprised that more TTM shareholders haven't bought CGLD shares in anticipation of the merger. Even at today's share price, there's a 50% premium on the 20:1 conversion post merger. Maybe there's another reason no one is buying. I read the Piggott release today...not a lot of good things to say about Titan or it's Management...or CGLD's Board for that matter. A lot of anger on the other side of the deal...Turtle13
