Heath Hellewell,
Why is he a Director? No shares and busy doing other things. He at least attends every meeting, but no shares?? Don't like that. Only costs us $40k for 13 meetings and he is loaded. Money is not the motivator for him. It does not add up. He is one director that can afford to be buying up.
