No incentive and opens up risk. I can buy right now for $0.395, and I can add a stop loss right now and protect the bottom line, or I can participate and wait 1 month before I can access my shares? 1 month is a long time in trading terms and it is possibly the worst month of the year for shares (September). So for me to participate I would need a discount on share price in exchange for the additional risk.
OR, why dont the board individuals jump in and announce big parcel purchases, increase our perceived confidence in the company. Anyway just 1 persons opinion, so DYOR.
