I think the deal with Transamine is two part, part one is that Transamine enters into a deal that they take 50,000 tonne of CXO product with a MOU.
Part 2 is that CXO gives Transamine x amount of CXO shares @ .042 each to the value of $2M, this gives CXO working capital, the shares that go to Transamine will probably never go on the market.
Transamine shares will dilute but should not affect the SP to much.
I don’t think there will be a share offer for the average punter.
