KSN are currently in Trading halt with an CR announcement, someone on KSN forum said the rules have changed since early May ...that Shareholders in any company get the same opportunity to participate in any CR as " sophisticated investors " at same price... i'm guessing that's to stop the favouritism of handing out cheap shares to your "sophisticated mates" and mums and dads missing out
