There is $1.4m available for a $6m raise. So thats 23% of your purchase value. Very nice extra discount actually. This may also be a factor for the CR occurring now. The JMEI runs out this year, I believe so CXO is getting in just in time. Thats almost 1c per share. Now if your wondering why people were selling for 3.6c to 3.9c at last years raise. I believe this is your answer. So could be good if people hold or bad if people factor into their real cost base. They were not selling under cost.
