Given economic conditions effecting retail holders a lot of whom will not want to part with a minimum $2.5k for a spec it would be good to see a minimum of $1k with the usual 'can apply for more' conditions.
A lot of retail powder will likely be kept dry for more alluring opportunities that may arise later.
I note the NAB went with a minimum of $1000 to keep all holders happy. We should follow suit.
