    Enumerate,

You have absolutely no clue what you are talking about. There wasn't a single statement that you said that is even remotely close to the truth.

Phylomers certainly cannot target all extracellular and intracelluar targets. They have 100 of billions to try you said, just have to research them? Phage display displays 100 billion molecules, that is the limit of the technology, it has nothing to do with phylomers. Yeast2hybrid is less. You say these technologies are easy, again shows 1) you don't know anything about them or the other competing technologies. The only reason they are using it is because all the IP is finished, so it is free to use. We do you think PYC was using Isogenica's technology?

And screening is cheap, simple and straightforward. Good one. It isn't cheap cause it takes so long to screen libraries (hence PYC spending $6M a year), it is simple in that it has been around for a long time, but how many drugs have came from phage display?? I know the answer.

Phylomers are not 15-20mers. Their first library gave 28mers on average, their new libraries give 40mers on average. They have announced that at various scientific meetings.

Less immunogenic that other foundation classes of drugs, doesn't make any sense whatsoever, then what FcVs? Antibodies? small peptides? small molecules?? Actually all of those have far less immunogenicity. So you again have no clue what you are talking about.

Active at staggering low dose? PYC has yet to find such phylomer and no data on such a phylomer has ever been shown by them. Causing some immunogenicity is ok? You have definately never worked in drug development. I give you some points for at least saying that there are some technologies out there that in some cases have been proven effective at reducing immunogenicity.

You post sounds like another Wayne or Tony post, where you suggest that isnt PYC, it is the rest of the scientific world that doesn't understand the technology. So no licenses, no new deals, no revenue, on the verge of bankruptcy, and we have it all wrong. Actually we understand it very very well, and thats why we see it for what it is.

Its clear from the high rating, that many forum readers wanna believe something, anything, that could be positive here, but providing a rebuttal that is full of statements that are completely false is not helpful to anyone, even if makes them feel good.

You should investigate the concept of purified vaccines, and or sometimes just referred to as peptide vaccines, in which instead of using dead chopped up virus particles as most do now, they use certain identified parts of the virus that are highly concerved, meaning they don't change between viral strains or year to year, and using these purified peptides in combinations as vaccines. It is basically the future of vaccine development. You would find similarities to what PYC is doing with that, hence Pfizer signing a vaccine deal with PYC, although it doesn't appear that it worked out.
