Both Phage display and more recently yeast display have been used for selecting antibodies. Dane Wittrup is the cofounder of Adimab, one of the hottest biotechs around, with a novel yeast display antibody selection system. It was started with Gerngross, who sold his first company, Glycofi to Merck.
The selections methods available for antibodies versus peptides are quite different, which I am sure you know. Antibodies are 150kDa, versus a 3-4kDa phylomer.
