Is anyone across how we got the ELA? Did Deep Yellow let it lapse? I saw they tried to sell it to Toro in 2007 for 2.3 mill and shares. Toro did a fair bit of work, but allowed the purchase agreement to lapse in 2010 due to prevailing prices not making it economic.
If Deep Yellow let it lapse late last year, then how good can it be?? They'd surely be in a position to guage it's strength relative to predicted price rises this year.
