Regarding the strategic agreement, the sellers who have pressured this price downwards come under one of the following categories:

1.The genuinely stupid Trader who lacks basic comprehension skills.
2.The smarter Trader who anticipates that the stupids above will panic, and therefore is an opportunity to reposition their average price.
3.The Trader who got stopped out as a result of 1 and 2 above- you can't blame them.
4.Possibly the manipulative types forcing it down
to help them get in cheap.
5.Those who simply needed some cash and had to sell.
Whichever it is, imho ,these are great buying opportunities for those who can top up.
