the acquisition of the Tampu bin is the obvious choice mainly due to the modern transport moving grain direct to the railhead as opposed to the storage depot at tampu as was done years ago and since then the road has been upgraded to handle road trains.
the fact that local support is a massive plus and is a big positive in eliminating the delays in approvals from the various authorities to get an early start with mining.
you won't need to hold your breath to long I'm sure.
