One thing that surprised me from the presentation was that in the comparison of the three different rig types, trailer loads required for mobilisation have jumped from 5 or 6 up to 25!
I can only guess that this is due to drilling for oil and gas and the anciliary equipment requred. Must be a bloody big BOP and mud system! Was anyone else surprised by this?
