So it sounds like there was a historic procedure at Telfer to case but that was not followed, I actually mentioned to kelley that that is how water wells are drilled and he answered he didnt know that and only had experience with oil and gas. As to a lack of torque I had guessed that was the answer even though I am not a driller just an old industrial mechanic/farmer, and if I a simple man can work that out I can understand WS's frustration.
Not rocket science just 10K hours of practical experience probably needed at Telfer it seems.
