I am surprised at many of the responses made by CKK shareholders here against the Coretrack company and its board and in favor of Warren Strange and his company.
IF Strange wins, we lose. Coretrack will enter liquidation and everything invested is lost.
Some posters seem to be suggesting that Warren is such a nice guy that if the CKK board is sacked he will do a deal and it is back to normal trading. And no doubt the share price zooms to 30c. And no doubt is will snow in Broome this Christmas.

We have a simple situation here. The relationship between the two parties has broken down. This situation is not going to be fixed by a court saying the parties have to work together. As I understand it Strange tried to spirit the drill rig out of Australia and away from the courts jurisdiction in very dubious circumstances. Yet one poster suggests that ethics will make Warren do the right thing in the end.

As I see it, any win in the courts for Strange is a loss to CKK and therefore a loss for me. Why any CKK shareholder would think otherwise is beyond me.
