doubt there will be an EGM as Cygnet have declared their hand and they don't want to be in the drilling business.
Makes sense to split the business.
everybody shakes hands and moves on.
Shareholders go where they coose.
can't be that hard. CKK have put a value on the rig and equipment. Now put a value on the CLRS.
I think they should just split it down the middle and walk away from each other. If one needs to raise funds then that becomes their own issue.
