1. A clause in the gt3000 contract that says if you tinker with the rig you lose it.

2. They admit they modified the rig...

3. They want to get out of the contract by saying strange must give us 30 days to fix it. But if strange has served them notice dont they have 30 days to fix it? I sure hope the legal advice is solid otherwise they are wasting time and money being bloody minded.

4.There seems to be another clause in the contract re the suitability of newcrest job. Its possible that if there was no problem then strange was going to let it slide but because the job got stuffed up he decided to enforce the contract. I doubt he just made up this clause...and as the company admits to illegal modifications and seems blissfully ignorant of the ins and outs of the contract then it seems that strange has got them by the short and curlies...

So in summary SNAFU!
