Must be extremely frustrating for an inventor ie Warren Strange to stand by and watch his amazing drill tech/commercialization be stuffed around..looks like he even offered to take it overseas and use it and promote it...they still turned him down...why not let him do this..the board are not getting very far. Each decision the board makes seems to be the wrong one as far as using and promoting the drills.
I would say Warren has had a gut full !
We need a board who can liase with the inventor. No inventor wants their invention to fail..so they will give over and beyond to make sure it is a success ! Any new board needs to work closely with all involved. I am not sure exactly what has gone on but the failure of this company is a result of disharmony in the ranks !
Still holding..no point in selling now..hope for better days as these drills should be so successful and generate some fine income one day.
They had all just better start talking instead of wasting shareholders money in costly court battles and solicitors fees.If not...remove the board and find a board who has a clue how to work harmoniously with the inventor Mr Strange.
