"Brand" starts with product....not "marketing".
No amount of marketing will help WHA - their product sucks...now they are going on different tangent with organic.
The overheads on "admin" by current management are incredible. I can't believe current shareholders are not banging Laz's door down asking for explanation.
The interest rate on the loan will be massive, the $37m will not last, revenue is years away.
