"Repayment Amount: Loan balance and interest, plus the issue, subject to Bassari shareholder approval, of 20 Bassari options for each A$1 of the loan amount (each exercisable at $0.015 within 5 years of grant), totalling 300,000,000 options. The options have an indicative value of $1.5 million using the valuation methodology set out below."

$15M loan * 20 options per $1.00 = 300M options
300M options * $0.013 (last share price of BSR before going into halt) = $3.9M
exercise price = 300M *$0 .015 = $4.5M
$4.5M-3.9M =$ 0.6M
Therefore currently the options are in the red (as the share price last was o.o13) and only offer an advantage if over time the share price goes above the option exercise price of 0.015
