If I was Capricorn and had just invested $7mill it's going to be about getting the best value for me and my partner network. I don't care about existing Shareholders. I am more important than existing and new clients. I would've negotiated better terms on the paymnent volumes/transactions going through the system by paying the licensing fees. Whilst good progress for Spenda I'm not sure it's as positive as some hope for the overall trajectory of the company (to the moon!). Time will tell.

It's also pretty obvious now the software requires heavy customisation for each large client that is onboarded to meet their unique requirements. This increases the overheads and operational cost of the platform as more code to develop, test and support in Production. Revenue is great but it's all about profit. Another 1.5mill loss this quarter with staff and administration costs starting to grow again..
