    Have emailed company -no reply.If they call u 1 Why are you still negotiating with Pak??-Have you had legal advice re. original term sheet ? Is it enforceable ( i.e why arn't you sueing ?) or did you cock it up and not enforceable? 2 What has happened to back up parties? or was this figment of your imagination?
    3 Assume you are aware your credibility is virtually nil & discounted issue to shareholders highly unlikely to succeed.
