In my opinion this announcement gives positive input to current situation. It is clear that pak Martin still onboard, but only issue is negoatiating his new term. Management have allocated another 2 days to come to an agreement and if they can, pak will deposit money. If not management have another 6 days to finalise a deal with alternative investor.
Announcement clearly state, suspensions will be lifted if founds are secured from pak. So if the deal goes through smoothly, we can expect an announcement on Mondays the 20th.
All in my opinion.
