yes, if the Directors word, (of wingfield ),is taken at face value in his quoted paragraph, that would seem to be their intentions.
Surely they would know more than us all.
but also consider- in the world of finance and big money, where investors from all walks rely on people's reputations- would you really want your name on a quote like that if you intended to dump shares immediately?
I also am aware that two of the largest goldmines in that area went from 1billion dollar MC mines to a 6 and a 10 or so billion market cap sites in about 4-5 years.
To a sophisticated investor that is not long- as they would use holdings etc as leverage for other ventures.
