    How I read this is,
    structure of the project ownership is as below.
    AVZ = 51%
    DRC = 25%
    CATH = 24%

    Avz have $240m to spend for the capex.

    Any capex required to build the mine (DFS $540m) now would be pro-rated, meaning CATH still needs to cough of 25% of the capex.

    Overall we are going mining.
