They have only just paid US20mill for 15%, got another 5% earlier at small change, can't recall the amount, say 5Mill, so for an outlay to pick up 20%, they paid 25m, and have just off-loaded 24% for US240mill, plus a 24% contribution to capex, on ALL parts of the project going forward
How is that not a great deal?
