    Pretty simple maths:US$240M for 24%Therefore US$10M per 1%miAVZ currently owns 75% before selling to CATL.Therefore AVZ is currently worth US$750M or about A$1B.The deal was basically done at par.

    Its a great deal, terrific deal if you're a super fund already owning the stock !
