KDR is a much smaller project than AVZ.
SQM bought 50% of KDR fro about $140m AUD from memory, when the sp was about 50c.
Sold it too cheap said many.
Some months later, Wesfarmers bought the remaining 50% of the project at sp of $1.90.
In summary, with the resources and other benefits that CATL bring with their $240 USD for 24%, it is excellent value for us shareholders in my opinion.
