Nice news, de-risks the project, but value is all on the side of CATH. To me this is a sign of mediocre management being carried by an outstanding resource. Good? Yes. Could have been better? Yes. But good on CATH for getting in early and taking over a chunk of the company at a budget price. Smart move for them. Hopefully the discount they get for moving early is enough sweetener in the deal and it will be a positive relationship moving forwards.
